Water Services (Middle East) FZE is the authorized Zoeller Pump Company, ZEP, Flint and Walling Pumps, Intercon Modular, LLC Service Station for the Middle East.

For warranty, service, repair or maintenance, fill out form:  then return to service@water-servicesme.com We will send you a RMA (return material authorization).

1.    Fill out Servicing Form—Be sure to fill out as much information as possible
2.    Email electronic copy of servicing form to service@water-servicesme.com
3.    Water Services will issue you an RMA number
4.    Place pump in proper packaging
5.    Insert copy of servicing form in package
6.    Ship package to address shown on Servicing Form
7.    Make sure there is a return address  and RMA number are clearly labeled on the packaging
